It sounded more like an escape room. They were trapped, with poison bracelets. They solved puzzles to escape various rooms under threat of death, and had a prisoner's dilemma type game.

...No. And even outside my memories, I'm fairly confident I haven't, from the evidence i have. And I'm also fairly certain my memories haven't been modified in any way since I came here. The raccoons said as much.
To answer your obvious next question, Maki does remember killing people. She was the Ultimate Assassin even before, after all. I don't know if that was real or not either. But she didn't kill in our game, and she didn't kill here.
I was hoping to ask her myself, actually. I'm not holding previous experience against anyone, but I don't want to ask that kind of question publicly, either.
I haven't heard anyone take her title seriously. Our Ultimate Basketball Player hasn't even heard of basketball.
What's most suspicious is if you two stay together the whole time. If someone has to reach her by going through you, it looks manipulative. It's only going to get worse from here, but I'm promising a science lesson to Mae. Other people will probably have plans to keep themselves stable moving forward too, so she's going to have opportunities to "appear".
